Official Episode Description
After Sam has a vision of Dean killing a young man who seems to
be possessed by a demon, the two brothers head off to Oregon to search for answers.
They come across a town infected by a deadly virus that drives a person to kill.
Sam becomes infected by one of the locals and prepares for his deadly fate,
but after nothing happens to him, Dean decides to come clean and reveal what
John whispered to him before he died.

- Unless Dean was lying, we find out that John was a Corporal with the Marine
Corp. His company was Echo 2-1.
- It seems that the Demon has a new "son". The question is, when
did he become possessed? Was he already possessed when he entered the clinic?
- Dean is tired of the hunting life. He was ready to die with Sam...

The boys are referring to the book and movies all entitled "The Stepford
Wives" in which all the women have been replaced by robots that look
like them.

The Shriners, or Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine,
are apart of the Freemasons. They are easily identified by their fezzes.

Mister Rogers' Neighborhood was a children's television series that was created
and hosted by Fred Rogers.

The Omega Man is a 1971 science fiction thriller starring Charlton Heston.
