Monsters

Please note: Characters are listed by surname where known. If a character has only one name, he/she will be listed under that.

Beau

Appearance(s): Dead Man's Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Dominic Zamprogna

Beau has his own method catching food - he lies in the road and waits for them to pull over in their car. He likes to drink and believes that if a human drinks enough alcohol before he feeds on them, he'll be able to taste the drink. He was beheaded and killed by Dean.

Conrad

Appearance(s): Bloodlust
Category: Vampire
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Unknown

Conrad was one of Lenore's group, but was hunted and killed by Gordon with some assistance from Dean Winchester.

Dixon

Appearance(s): Fresh Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Presumed Destroyed
Played By: Matthew Humphries

Dixon's whole nest was slaughtered by hunters, so he began building a new "family". He picks up young girls in nightclubs and feeds them a few drops of vampire blood, promising them it is a new drug. When he captures Gordon Walker, he decides to turn him rather than just kill him. He refers to one of his original nest as his daughter - it can be assumed that she was not biologically his daughter, but a vampire he turned. Although not seen on screen, is it unlikely that Dean and Sam allowed the vampire to live.

Eli

Appearance(s): Bloodlust
Category: Vampire
Status: Unknown
Played By: Ty Olsson

One of Lenore's group of vampires, Eli no longer feeds from humans. He hates it, and would rather kill the hunters that track them, but he agrees to do what Lenore wants.

Hank

Appearance(s): Dead Man's Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Unknown

Little is known about Hank, except that he was with Kate when she was captured by Dean, Sam and John. He was beheaded and killed.

Kate

Appearance(s): Dead Man's Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Unknown
Played By: Anne Openshaw

Kate is Luthor's mate and seems to be in charge when he isn't around. When she is captured and used as bait, she manages to escpae, only to watch as her beloved Luthor is killed. She wanted revenge on the Winchesters but was held back by another female vampire.

Lenore

Appearance(s): Bloodlust
Category: Vampire
Status: Assumed alive
Played By: Amber Benson

Lenore is the leader of her group of vampires. Many years earlier, they made the decision to feed from animals rather than humans, attempting to live a peaceful co-existance. When Gordon begins tracking them, she tries to lead her group out of Montana, but she is captured by Gordon and tortured with dead man's blood. It is only the rescue by Sam and Dean that allows her to survive and the group manage to escape.

Lucy

Appearance(s): Fresh Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Mercedes McNab

Lucy was out at a club when she was approached by Dixon. When he offered her something to try, she did, not realising that it was vampire blood. She believed herself to be on a drug trip, even when Dean and Sam captured her and explained the truth. Reluctantly, they killed her.

Luther

Appearance(s): Dead Man's Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Warren Christie

Luther is the leader of his group of vampires. He is probably the eldest of the group and was born around 170 years earlier (about the time the Colt was made - according to Kate). He has a history with Daniel Elkins who did something to his family, probably killed them. His mate within the group was Kate. He was killed by one of the bullets from the special Colt.

Mason, Angela

Appearance(s): Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things
Category: Zombie
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Tamara Feldman

A student at college, Angela was killed when her car crashed while she was arguing wth her boyfriend, Matt, on the phone. Her best friend, Neil managed to bring her back from the dead as a zombie, as he was in love with her, but she was more interested in seeking revenge on Matt for cheating on her. Eventually, Sam and Dean tricked her and managed to destroy her.

Owens, Madison

Appearance(s): Heart
Category: Werewolf
Status: Deceased
Played By: Emmanuelle Vaugier

When Madison Owens [4] got mugged, she never expected that she was also bitten by a werewolf. Unknowingly, she too became a werewolf. She began a relationship with Sam Winchester, but when she realised that there was no cure for what had happened, she begged him to kill her. Sam struggled with the decision, but eventually managed to do as she asked.

Rawhead

Appearance(s): Faith
Category: Monster
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Unknown

A type of hobgoblin, the Rawhead traditionally lives near water or under sink pipes, which could explain why he's living in a basement. Dean and Sam decided to attack it with tasers rather than more traditional weapons. It was killed by a hit with the taser.

Reaper

Appearance(s): Faith
Category: Reaper
Status: Unknown
Played By: Alex Diakun

One of many forms of the Grim Reaper, this one had been bound by Sue Ann LeGrange when her husband was dying. Desperate to save him, she found a method of controlling the reaper, which she then used as a way of a) allowing her husband to "heal" people and b) to murder those who she believed to be evil. As soon as the reaper was freed, it killed Sue Ann.

Reaper (Tess)

Appearance(s): In My Time Of Dying
Category: Reaper
Status: Unknown
Played By: Lindsey McKeon

Another form of reaper, Tess came to Dean while he was in a coma in hospital. She gave him two choices - he could either go with her and accept his death, or he could stay earth bound and risk becoming a violent spirit. She seemed genuinely concerned about him and although she claimed to be unable to bring him back to life, when the Demon possessed her, he/she managed to bring Dean back.

Shapeshifter

Appearance(s): Skin
Category: Shapeshifter
Status: Destroyed
Played By: N/A

This particular shapeshifter was born human but suffered from a genetic mutation that allowed him to take on the form of other people, possibly designed to hide his hideous, deformed self. He also has a psychic link with those whose form he takes. He was killed by Dean while looking like Dean. Dean is now officially listed as deceased.

Tulpa

Appearance(s): Hell House
Category: Thoughtform
Status: Destroyed
Played By: Nicholas Harrison

A Tulpa is the physical manifestation of a thought. When the legend of Mordecai Murdoch was spread via the Hell Hound's Lair website, it was enhanced by the appearance of a Tibetan spirit sigil that had been painted on the walls of the house. These two things combined created a physical being. The being was destroyed when Dean burnt down his physical base - the house.

Unnamed Vampire

Appearance(s): Dead Man's Blood
Category: Vampire
Status: Unknown

Almost nothing is known about this vampire, not even her name, but she seems to like dressing in denim hotpants and cowboy hats!

Unnamed Vampire

Category: Vampire
Status: Unknown
Played By: Unknown

When Beau stopped the car on the highway, this woman and her partner were taken by the vampires. He was killed but she was kept for a while longer. Eventually, Kate offered her blood and turned her into a vampire. She survived the attack by the Winchesters and kept Kate from getting killed.
